   The Consumer Driven Benefit Association (CDBA) provides small businesses, self-employeed persons and individuals with the information, tools, and support they need to succeed in today's competitive business/personal climate. This includes giving members access to more than 50 key services and discounts, including healthcare and medical discounts. For additional savings, CDBA includes discounts at select providers for medical, legal, financial as well as lifestyle benefits. Medical discounts are not insurance.
   You can go to any Provider for Healthcare benefits. Your CDBA Membership provides for benefit payments to go directly to you as a member. The Member is then obligated to pay the provider directly for discounted services when the provider is in the Provider Network.
